With a sweet tooth in the morning and a salty tooth in the evening, Frédérique is quick to share a good meal with her loved ones. This gluttony is a characteristic that she shares with her partner and which has been passed on to their very young offspring (and even their little dog!). Fortunately she enjoys long walks in the city and excursions in the forest, which balances everything out.

Speaking of balance, she is a fan of it; from the seasoning of small cooked dishes to family activities, she tries to find it in all spheres of her life, even in her work with her clients. For example: we save what is necessary for later, without neglecting what is needed to enjoy the present. We take the risks necessary to achieve our goals, while mitigating them, which allows us to dream better at night.

She comes to these conclusions through conversations and exchanges with her clients. She firmly believes that it makes managing their personal finances a lot less intimidating and a lot more interesting. In cooking as in finances, it is in variety and a harmonious balance that great recipes are born!
